Groove.ai FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Will a chat feature be added to create chat widgets?

  • Answer: Yes. Users can create a knowledge base and then decide how they want the widget to behave. The widget can be placed on various platforms like WordPress, ClickFunnels, etc. This chat widget feature will be included.

2. How does the chat widget pricing compare?

  • Answer: Using just the chat base for such a widget could cost around 100 bucks a month.

3. Will users need an account and API keys for each service like OpenAI, NVIDIA, NEMO, Stability?

  • Answer: If you want to use all of them, you’ll need separate API keys. However, OpenAI is highly recommended and could be the only one you need. But the choice is yours.

4. How does one get an API key?

  • Answer: You’ll be directed to a list where you can get a free API key without a credit card. You’ll enter your email, receive an API key, and paste it into your settings.

5. Will Groove.ai deliver source information?

  • Answer: Yes, a feature called “Search the Web” will be added. This will function similarly to Google’s AI-powered search, providing sourced results and citations.

6. Is there a word count limit on results?

  • Answer: By default, the limit is set to 4,000 tokens or 4,000 words, which is four times more than the current output limit with chat GPT.

7. Will there be an incorporation of images into videos?

  • Answer: This feature will be released in the fourth quarter of the year, likely around Thanksgiving.

8. Can you explain how tokens, fees, and credits work?

  • Answer: Users input their API key and are billed based on the cost of the OpenAI API. The cost is per 1,000 tokens and is very affordable. Users choose the model they want and buy it at wholesale.

9. Is there a way to organize files and information?

  • Answer: Yes, on the dashboard there will be a section called “documents”. Users will also be able to create projects, and it’s likely that folders or categories will be added for better organization.

Additions we think should be added to the Groove.ai FAQs

These were not listed in the Groove.ai FAQ section of Mike’s webinar, but we believe these points would be extremely helpful for those who haven’t (yet) understood the brilliance of Groove.ai…

I’m new… can’t I just use Open AI / ChatGPT / Google Bard instead of Groove.ai?

One of the elegant solutions implemented into Groove.ai is that it can take care of the prompt engineering FOR YOU. You can stop buying/learning/studying “prompt engineering” and focus on building your business. Put differently: you don’t have to know HOW it works, just just get to USE it. Plus: wouldn’t you rather have seasoned business and marketing experts write your prompts rather than have to figure it out off all the web pages on the Internet?!?! (We know we would.)

I’m experienced… why wouldn’t I use ChatGPT or Google Bard vs. Groove.ai ?

Another of the elegant solutions implemented into Groove.ai is that you can connect MULTIPLE LANGUAGE MODELS (like openai, chatgpt, bard, nvidia nemo, meta llama, stability, etc.) ALL INSIDE your Groove.ai account via API. So when you use Groove.ai to write a sales letter in the style of a great copywriter, you can split-test all your frameworks all within the one Groove.ai interface. Brilliant! Talk about a “time saver!”

ChatGPT vs. Groove.AI … which is better?

You can use ChatGPT right INSIDE groove.ai. We love chatgpt, but when we can use multiple frameworks all side-by-side inside groove.ai’s interface… we’re going to go with Groove.ai on that choice.

Google Bard vs. Groove.AI … which is better?

You can use Google Bard right INSIDE groove.ai. We love bard, but when we can use multiple frameworks all side-by-side inside groove.ai’s interface… we’re going to go with Groove.ai on that choice.

Meta Llama vs. Groove.AI … which is better?

You can use Google Bard right INSIDE groove.ai. The llama model seems impressive, but when we can use multiple frameworks all side-by-side inside groove.ai’s interface… we’re going to go with Groove.ai on that choice.

Palm AI vs. Groove.AI … which is better?

You can use PALM.ai right INSIDE groove.ai. We love palm ai, but when we can use multiple frameworks all side-by-side inside groove.ai’s interface… we’re going to go with Groove.ai on that choice.

NVIDIA NEMO vs Groove.ai … which is better?

You can use NEMO right INSIDE groove.ai. NVIDIA is incredible, but when we can use multiple frameworks all side-by-side inside groove.ai’s interface… we’re going to go with Groove.ai on that choice.

Another AI model vs. Groove.ai … which is better?

You probably already know the answer here. If it’s one of the dominant models, odds are good that it can be incorporated INTO groove.ai and used along side many of the other models. This convenience alone hands Groove.ai the win in a huge way in our opinion!
